No it is not illegal!
"Animal husbandry is the agricultural practice of breeding and raising livestock. As such, it is a vital skill for farmers and, in some countries in many ways, as much art as it is science. Other countries have strict laws on the qualifications needed to treat animals and ensure that scientific methods are used to care for them."
Many universities used to have degrees in the study of animal husbandry, but today they more commonly have animal sciences.

Animal husbandry is the science of raising and breeding domestic animals such as sheep, cows, pigs, and horses. If is definitely NOT illegal anywhere that I'm aware of.

a simple search will let you know that you shouldn't take the phrase "animal husbandry" literally. NO, it has nothing to do with beastiality. But, I'm sure you already knew that (for the sake of our educational systems I"d hope so) and were just trying to be 'cute'.
