well.... it depends on the habbit. id have to know the habbit to give grade a advice but..... if its biting your nails, put polish on them for a week, and after that just control your habit, since its easier. but if its like a nervous twitch habbit, you just have to do your best to recognize and control it when it happens..... idk what habbit yours is, but if you wanna mail me about it i can try to help.
