you can get some wipes at best buy or some other store like walmart. Theyll say LCD computer screen cleaning wipes or something like that

The important thing is not to use a solvent or something that will be abrasive. I personally dampen a tissue lightly. You can use compressed air before and after to get rid of any lint. Cloth that is designed for optical cleaning (glasses, camera lenses etc) would also be perfect for that.

I have a 19" lcd screen, and I use windex wipes, just lightly wipe it down, and it is good to go.

Warm wash cloth, dry wash cloth behind it.
I also spray foaming window cleaner on a towel and wipe it that way, never spray anything directly on the screen.
