Some of our states are bigger - and more populous - than some European countries. They have a lot more autonomy than shires and counties in the UK. They have different speed limits, different ages at which people can buy tobacco or alcohol, different ages at which people can drive automobiles. The death penalty is another example.

I believe you take a live you give your live people that think the death penalty is wrong lets see how you feel if someone you love is killed by these animals .We should not have to pay for these people to live. The jails are full of people that don't care about the laws. And they shouldn't sit on death row for all the years they do the law is you get a speed tril so why can't there death be speed to.

Because each state makes its own laws. However, the federal death penalty exists across the country but only applies to crimes charged in a federal court.

Those laws are made by state legislation so each state decides on penalties separately from every other states

Because there are still states that think they can spare some of these rabid animals ---feed----- clothe--and keep them at at comfortable 76 degrees F -- for 60 years and somehow come out winners in all this---wrong---best not mess with Texas
