No they will start with 11 players, the guys that got the red cards will be replaced.

if you mean if they start with two players less, than no. The only thing that happens is that Deco and the other player don't get to play. They have to skip the rest of the day they got a red card on and the next game. Harsh.

No, they will start with 11 players again. If they had 3 or even 4 red cards then still they will start with 11 players every signle game they play. I hope this helps! :)
