If a man kills a vampire for simply being a vampire, who is the bad guy?

It depends...did the vampire just become a vampire...therefore if he just became a vampire he most likely didn't kill anyone yet..making it where the human is at fault...but if the vampire did kill already...then both the vampire and the man will be 'the bad guy' because of the fact that you should have no reason to kill....but since the vampire is already dead.did the man really 'kill' but the vampires soul was still preserved in the body...so I'd have to say....either one...

A real vampire wouldn't ever talk about being a vampire to non-vampires because a vampire is smart enough to know that humans are smart enough to know that a vampire is a real threat to humans and humans, though soft and flabby at times, are generally very effective at surviving. Does the sheep feel sorry for the grass?

Well, since vampires, by definition, kill humans, I'd say that slaying monsters would make the monster (the vampire) the bad guy.

The vampire is still the bad guy; the man killed the vampire to prevent his killing of other innocent people. Violence to promote peace is not evil-lamentable maybe, but not inherently evil.

well let me ask a vampire, this question boils down to should you kill a person for things they've done in the pass, so yes and no

if he was a cute, fuzzy vampire who never hurt anyone, then it would be the vampire's fault for lying.. vampires are never fuzzy OR cute!
