Whenever I try to sign in to Yahoo Messenger, my computer appears a dialog that says "We were not able to sign you in to SBC Yahoo". I did check my connection, and it was connected to the internet. Why can't I get to Yahoo Messenger!?

Go to Preferences and check to see if your Connections are correct. For it to work (if you don't have a firewall, or use proxys) your connection should be "No Proxys" If you have a firewall use the "Firewall, No Proxys." That might be your problem.

Just try to scan your computer from viruses then try to reinstall your messenger or install old versions like 5 or 6 version.

well 1st have a account and yahoo id try to download it from yahoo.com if the 1st suggestion doesnt work

check to see if you have doubbled your firewall protection also the pop-up blocker settings may help.
