Ive had a vaginal ultrasound and the baby was a little smaller than normal but that was at about 12 weeks.. to early to detect twins... But My signs point to twins... i think... What do u think?

I don't know why it would be too early to detect twins. They are formed when one egg splits or when 2 eggs are fertilized at the same time. So there would be 2 babies from day one. They may have missed a second baby on the ultrasound though. Ask your doctor, he may do another ultrasound to make sure.
There could be only one baby that is moving around alot so you would feel her low then feel her later higher up. I carried all of my babies low, but they made their presence known up high too! :o)

Congratulations!!!

I dont think 12 weeks is too early to detect twins in an ultrasound. When I found out I was having twins I was 12 weeks..I was very sick so I went to the hospital and they told me I was pregnant and it was twins..Double shocker..Some signs that you are carrying twins is....Very sick early on, carrying large and ultrasound.Good luck!

Your doctor would know by now just from your measurements. If they suspect they would have done an ultrasound much earlier. Remember everything that was in that area has shifted to other places so when the baby pushes it pushes those organs and probably moving some air around in your intestines.

Its possible. Sometimes doctors don't detect twins at all! And, only find out about them when mom is delivering.

Do twins run in either of your families? if so, tell your doctor. They will be more likely to take you sersiously given family medical history.

Very possible - get another ulrasound to see if it's twins, or if something else is causing the discomfort.

Could be twins but then again it could just be the way that your placenta is growing.
