I read that they dont that when they temperature changes, and i just noticed he has a bald spot on his shoulder and around his chest, is this right for a 1 year old rabbit to do so?

No it's not. I had that happen with an expensive doe and took her to a vet. I ended up telling the vet more than the vet knew who then admitted she didn't know anything about rabbits. Check for mites - if he has any signs of it treat him with ivomec. If he doesn't increase fiber (hay).

You should definitely see your vet. It may be something as simple as allergies, but you should go just the same.

The skin, ears, and feet are where many animals first exhibit allergy symptoms.
