I will only address humanities because I took it in college. Because of the diversity around us, at school, work, neighborhoods, cities, it is important to realize that we are all important and each and every individual no matter their make-up, orientation, age, preference...is a human being and should be treated with the same respect that you would want or demand for you and your loved ones.

Who are you, what makes you unique, and how do you relate to others around you that are different is what humanities is about. At first I hated the course because it forced me to see myself in the light that others see me. I hated it because I did not see myself like that...but then I learned to appreciate my uniqueness, and myself because of the class.

no individual desires a school professor to teach humanities and artwork. in case you what to confirm about them the assistance is there. we do not favor poets and philosophers. you're properly that we favor employer yet a liberal college can screw up the coaching of employer too. the priority is that coaching and intelligence are not any more equals. we've those with very commonly used intelligence graduating with masters and PH D's and having no cost for society. they can't "do" something yet tell anybody else what they "do" incorrect. No employer plan can ever artwork that's in preserving with human habit entering into accordance to that plan. whatever we do there'll in uncomplicated phrases ever be a particular small percentage of the inhabitants who're extremely smart. in uncomplicated phrases a small p.c. are movers and shakers. yet also a small percentage who're immoral. And there'll also be those on the bottom who're unintelligent and worthless to society. Liberals would have you ever pay to save them as lazy, drug addled, alcoholics, mentally poor or any mix thereof. In doing this they weaken our over-all settlement of society. those in the shape only above that decrease echelon have a tendency downward rather of upward. And liberals have the nerve in charge this on the achievers.

Well, Arts and Humanities lumps a lot of things together, stuff you do need (like History, Geography) and a lot of stuff you don't need (random art classes you don't need or philosophy). What your college wants is for you to have a good rounded education. So you are stuck taking the stupid arts and humanities.
