First let me say that you and your fiance are pretty busy!! I'm jealous. My experience was like your sister's. I was 8 weeks before I got a positive and that was after actually going to the doctor. I spotted for about 2 days (as you did), but I felt like something else was going on. After 3 pregnancy tests that all came up negative, I decided to go the doctor and sure enough, I was. After that episode with my next baby I went straight to the doctor. Those tests are not all that expensive, but if you keep buying them trying to come up with your own results, the costs add up. Hope this helps a little...good luck!

What kind of test are you using?
Some are more sensitive than others. I too was charting and had a stockpile of tests. Every time I would get negative - so I gave up on it.
But, when I went to the doctor that month...sure enough I was pregnant.
They did a blood test which is more accurate than the sticks. And, will give you the results quicker. The blood will tell your hormone levels - your HcG levels to be precise. Those will go up if you are pregnant. If any hcg at all you are pg, the more you have the more likely the pregnancy is to 'stick'.

everyone is different. Given the dates you mentioned, you may be pregnant, it's just too early to get an accurate reading on a test. You may be pregnant and it may not be a good pregnancy.
Or you might not be pregnant, just worried.
Give it another week or two before you test again. Honestly either way, it doesn't change the answer and there's no point to wasting money on a bunch of tests. The tests are very accurate, but not this early.
If that one is negative, see your doctor right away to rule out any other problems.

Well it sounds like you want to get pregnant or you just want to constantly worry about it. I would suggest that you go to your nearest Planned Parenthood clinic and have them do a pregnancy test. I believe that it will either be free or very inexpensive.
Yes, you could be pregnant or very stressed thinking about being pregnant. It is not unusual for women to continue to menstruate during the first trimester of a pregnancy.
On the other hand, the over the counter pregnancy tests of today are fairly accurate and they usually are correct (especially if you tested yourself more than once).
Make up your mind and act responsibly. If you and your boyfriend want to have children, the two of you should talk about it and plan ahead. On the other hand if your are not ready for kids, you should be smart enough to use birth control. Who needs the stress of so much worry.

you didn't mention when you're last period was. You probably wont get a positive until after your period is due or when its already late. Stress and worrying or hoping you're pregnant can also make your period late. It happened to me a couple of times.
Pregnancy tests are very accurate when used correctly

Did your sister have spotting symptoms? Again, I recommend you see an ob/gyn. I'm guessing that you're stressing too much over this.
