Can you adapt in time. Scientist go around like chicken little. Global Warming, Hole in Ozone. Blah, blah, blah. I plan to adapt myself to all of their threats. The treats are a trick and they are forr money from large corporations so they can raise the price of their products.

Global warming, if left unchecked, may kill most of us. Those who survive will have the job of repopulating the earth. That is how adaptation works.

For the most part, large scale death, is a requirement for a species to adapt.

Allow me to explain, If it were to get real hot, so hot that it killed a lot of people, those people who survived, would be the ones who would be around to have babies.

If those babies, share the same characteristics, that helped their parents survive the heat, then there is a good chance the baby will survive also. If on the other hand, the baby does not share the life saving characteristics, it will most likely parish.

Within a few decades, if it remains hot, most everybody alive would share those same life saving characteristics. Most everyone else would have died.

Even so, there are some things, you can do to survive a little longer now. You could migrate to an area with cooler climate, provided the natives let you. To help your children's chances of survival, You could marry someone you feel is more acclimatized for surviving hot temperatures.

No not a thing will happen because THERE IS NO GLOBAL WARMING. There is only incompetent junk science from incomptent Leftists. Once you look into the facts you see the theory is invalid. If it does happen gradually the polar areas would become more liveable, differences between equatorial and polar would diminish, rather than equator becoming much hotter. If you check temperature statistics worldwide, warming is not occurring, oceans have not risen one millimeter. Be very careful who you believe.

Depends on the areas. The east will be overcome with the ocean, the midwest and Northern States are suppose to have 14 days of very freezing weathers..to the point if you go outside you freeze instantly. If you have food, water and heat of some kind you may just make it. On a show it stated we were 10 years from it.

um... Global warming is real. it's been happening since the end of the last ice age, but we are doing wonders to accelerate it's progress.

But on the adaption note. Uh... it takes tens of thousands of years to biologically adapt. So unless ou plan on living to be what 20,012 years old, don't anticipate on biological adaption to save your ***!

Since the end of the last ice age humans have relied on culture to help them survive extreme temperatures. Clothing, the wheel, air conditioning.

As for you though, i would suggest focusing all your efforts on growing some gills, or at least some amphibian characteristics.

good luck with your adaptive pursuits!

Yes, and sooner than you'd think. I've heard that as global warming accelerates the problems will multiply to a point where life as we know it will be destroyed This will happen in the next ten to twenty five years.

No. Even if Global Warming was real(it's not) and not just a plot against big business(it so is) it would take millions of years.....plenty of time to adapt.
