takeing a shower, or doing some yoga or just doing some good strechs wakes me up... and doing some deep breathing..

Drink lots of water all day. Take a good multi-vitamin that has iron in it. Exercise early in the day. Also make sure that you eat alot of healthy foods.

Well, you could try a BIG dose of fresh air; the cooler the better. A nice big bowl of your favorite ice cream works too.
