Nope, sorry! Rest, and a heating pad, hot tub, you might as well rent some dvd's and get some good things to read! It's a bummer, but if you start going again, it will re-tear itself.
I know it's difficult emotionally when you're used to being active and have to stop. We get cranky too, perhaps you should stay in a motel for a week or two too. lol

Try NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) such as ibuprofen, elevate, wrap (but not too tightly) with an ACE wrap, and use ice contrasted with heat (ice half the time and heating pad or hot water bottle the other half of the time). Try limited range of motion but not until painful. Stay away from direct contact with the ground. This should lessen your convalescent time. Good luck.

I use heat to help mine. Epsom salt in hot water is really nice too.
