The man releases sperm into moms vagina and the sperm fertilizes the egg in your mommy. It usually takes 9 months before the infant is fully grown and able to survive out of its mother womb. During labor you come out of your moms private part. A new baby is born!

personally if some one is going to ask such a question i wouldnt answer at all...first of all if you have parents i would ask them and if not them, then a sex-ed teacher.
