Probably not. The only person who puts "This is a legitimate work...opportunity" in their ad, is someone who believes it isn't legit.

My Uncle in Africa has died and left million that need to be recovered, however I have a criminal past, just a minor conviction on internet scamming and criminal impersonation. All I need is your bank account number and routing number and I can have the funds transfered to your name. You can keep 35% of the money as the transfering agent. We are talking 35% of $100,000,000,000 just for you.

It might be because there are many data entry jobs and all you need is a computer to enter the info into so you could technically do it at your own residence. Guess you'd have to check into it to find out for sure.

Now-a-days you can never be sure of what is a legitimate work at home job. Only thing you can do is try it. Beware, you might be out a couple hundred dollars in "start up costs" you never know!! Find out about the company and do your research.

No, it doesn't. Any listing that gives you an approximate salary really isn't what I would call a legitimate job.

NO!
They are ALWAYS scams. They ask you to give them money for one reason or another or purchase things to sell, use in your business, etc.
You give them money and never hear from them again.
If they don't ask you for money, then it is a real business but you won't see the kind of money, their talking about, EVER.
