Good and Evil are artificial human constructs that cannot be applied to any other creature in the animal kingdom. When we see a lion pounce upon a a gazelle we can have two thoughts that promote their subsequent emotions: In one view, we can see the gazelle as this beautiful prancing animal being victimized by a powerful cat as it's flesh is ripped apart. Or we can view the lion as this majestic creature providing for cubs and/or pride.
That said, one cannot apply the word "civility" to the animal kingdom either, even though there are some species that seem to approximate this behavior. As humans, we aspire to those things that bring us closer together, that enlighten, that enrich. Utilizing these constructs helps to ensure this behavior. One could argue that that which ensures this community's success would be "right," and that which runs counter to this community's goals would be "wrong." The use of the terms "good" and "evil" (in the context of this tome) are poetic words used to describe positive and negative traits. When "good" is applied to someone or thing, there is a consonance with the user's belief set. When "evil" is applied to something or someone, it reflects the user's horror and disgust at acts that are dissonant with that person's beliefs.

It means that all 'good' people, because they are people and not perfect are not perfectly good. Nobody is 100% good. Nobody is 100% evil either.

'Good' people are just people who try to do more good things than bad. Some of them are very successful and are very very good. Some are quite successful and do a lot of good things but a few bad ones. Some people are 50-50 and so on.

There are no purely 'good' or purely 'evil' people, only good or evil actions. Done by us.

It means that good and evil are manmade concepts. We just are. We invented these judgements to improve our lives, form civilized societies. The concept what's good and evil can be defined differently throughout the world. Some people in tribal communties actually kill their second born child if it isn't a certain sex because their god demands it in their minds. That is "good" to them. We all have to form our own judgements that help us to fit into whatever society we live in.

This mean people have different opinions about things and we only trust our self so we are the one who decide good or evil.

Good and Evil are two sides of one coin. There is the producer and the destroyer. Sometimes it is socially good to destroy and socially bad to create. Society decides the Good and Evil of the month, yet we are still who we've always been.

Is it good to save a drowning man? Is it good if he is Adolf Hitler? Would you check his face before saving him? or would you simply save?

Us - humans, seem to be the only species that can comprehend higher thinking skills - and reasno actions and emotions.

If a human kills another human, or cheats on their spouse - they are considered EVIL, if an animal kills another animal, or cheats on it's spouse, it's considered NATURAL.
