When can you first be up for parole after you have been found guilty of a class B felony Consperisy to committ murder and were sentenced to 15 years in Missouri?

My grandmother was murdered and we get no help from victum services. Just thought I could get it here.

In Indiana, they are required to complete half of their sentance before they are eligable for parole, I'm not sure if it is the same in Missouri though.

I believe each state may differ, in Canada you must serve 2/3 of your sentence try contacting the parole board or even talk to a lawyer. Unfortunately it has become the norm for victims to get the shaft and the convicted to get the benefits. I'd look for victim advocacy groups and keep trying.
