11 = 4/.4 + 4/4

4 x 4 - (4 divided by 4)

(4+4+4)/4+(4+4)
That should work

(4+4+4)=12
12/4=3
3+(4+4)=11

oops, only 4 times huh....hmmm....I'll have to think about that one longer

(4/.4)+(4/4)

I think that's what you're looking for.
