I just recently (as in today) got my ipod nano but I already want to return it. After opening it , I realized that I wanted the new video ipod instead. I turned the ipod nano on once and opened the bag with the headphones but haven't touced the CD to downlad itunes. If I go back to where I purchased my nano will they let me return it so I can get the new ipod video or is it too late since I've already opened it?

im really sorry, but you cant return your ipod. Maybe if you just opened the box, but probably not. I'm really sorry but opening the packets didn't help much. The CD doesn't really matter. Good Luck though!

dude jesselover is ******** retarded ofcourse u can ive opened many things ie cdplayers dvdburners dvdplayers steroes and theyALWAYS let u return them just with the reciept or at walmart with an id and the poriginal packaing
