You already sound thin- remember girls are suppose to have curves. Forget about the media and be happy with yourself. If you really want to lose a few pounds, cut some calories and exercise.

Okay look I'm not bragging but i'm skinny and always have been. Im 5'6 and 105lbs . I've never done pils or stupid diet plans. My secret is eat only when you are hungry and when eating, eat healthy foods. Not foods high in carbs and fsat. Fruits and veggies are good too. And I walk at least a little every day . And its okay to want to be smaller just please dont go annorexic or crazy about a little weight !!!

Your height and weight are perfectly fine. If you feel uncomfortable
at pool parties, just work out and, in no time, the guys at the
parties will be hangin' with you because you are in great shape
and aren't overly skinny!
Believe it or not, most guys do not like overly skinny girls.
Oh yeah, 5'6" and 105 lbs????
That girl is far too skinny!

basically this is it! I got the remedy for you. If you know you are going to the pool the next day. You have 2 choices. Don't eat anything the day before and when you wake up in the morning - drink 16 ounces of PRUNE JUICE....
Or if you can drink alcohol - do that too... Basically, you just want to get rid of the water in you... It makes you look thinner when you get rid of the water

take atleast 15 to 30 mins walk every day.. some experts also said that its better to eat 5 small meals a day than 3 big meals....
