It is called the Day-Month-Century Birthday Coincidence.

Everyone born on January 9th in the 20th century (1900s) will experience the same occurrence. 1/9/00 to 1/9/99.
The next time this happens will be in the 22nd century (2100s). Those born on February 1st in the year 2100 to 2199 will experience the same occurrence.

It doesnt stop there.
From 2200 to 2299, February 2nd is the special day of the year
From 2300 to 2399, February 3nd is the special day of the year
From 2400 to 2499, February 4nd is the special day of the year
From 2500 to 2599, February 5nd is the special day of the year
From 2600 to 2699, February 6nd is the special day of the year
...
From 9900 to 9999, September 9th is the special day of the year

Years that are skipped: 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000
