No offense to anyone who likes them, because I love music and respect ppl who also do, but I cannot stand Nickelback, every song sounds the same!! am I alone with this?

Girly_girl, like I said, no offense, I think it's cool that you like them, I figured there would be people who did and didn't, I just wanted to see how many ppl felt the same way I did.

every song DOES sound the same!!
i liked them originally, but they need to do something new.

I like the words.....more than just their sound, because like you said it's all the same. I think that may be the very reason so many people like them!

that's their sound all good groups have a certain sound..

dude, i dont know if they all sound the same but Ive heard 3 or 4 that have the same sound and they have really gotten too commercialized that their music doesn't even rock as i once thought it did.

its not the same at all maybe the music they play is the same because this is how they feel it but.. the words are really great and his voice as well
its not that i hope you would love them i hope that you really do listen to people who are better and if you do then please tell me i love rock that rocks

Nickelback is awesome man! if u listen to the words of their songs, they wont sound the same. they have really good songs. give 'em a chance.

They do sound similar but they all sound awesome. AC/DC is a bit the same way and they sound awesome. You are right most songs sound similar but they are good.
