There will never be peace anywhere on Earth as long as anything lives on it. Earth species thrive on the deaths of other living creatures. And, I don't know if you're religious, but think back to the story of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. They already tried having paradise and had to do something to ruin it.
I think the same thing would happen if Earth became peaceful. We would just get bored and start killing each other for fun. The Middle East is no exception.

Never. As long as there are Arabs in the world there will always be lots of stupid terrorism and mass killings.
Wipe out Arabs and you will eliminate the senseless killing in the Middle East.
