it causes blood to fill up in the veins in the penis....people who have erection problems use them to obtain erection.
it will not make your penis grow over time.
it just helps the body pump blood to the area to allow hard on status
if ya don't have a problem gettin it up, get rid of the pump

It creates a vacuum around the penis and causes it to swell past what it can normally do and the theory is that it will train the blood vessels to become larger on their own after repeated uses. I have no idea if it works, never used it

Penis Pumps are used to enlarge the penis, and also thought to be pretty painful, but you could try it,,, i think your brother is trying to say in a nice way that you have a small penis

Nothing...Its a fake tool saying a vacuum pull will make the penis enlarge, in fact if pulls the blood cells and can cause irreversable damage.

Never tried it but Dr. Drew on Loveline says they are a joke and dont work as intended and can actually cause more problems.. so good luck with it

before you use it please go back to school. IT directs blood flow to the penis.If you are young you should see a doctor to find out if you really need this.It is usually for impotence due to medical reasons.please learn how to speak and spell. You'll need that more than you need this item

don't use it if you don't have erection problems and more importantly, if it is already used by your brother. don't you think sharing a penis pump with your brother is appropriate? what do you think?
