Yes, its supposed to come out next year I believe. The plot is that buzz gets recalled back to japan and the other toys have to save him, i can't wait, I love toy story

I am looking at the new entertainment weekly june 23 edition with superman on cover which done a piece on the fate of several Pixar sequels (monster's inc., Finding Nemo, and Toy Story). Disney was pushing the sequels as a bargining chip so Pixar would resign with Disney to make more movies. Since Disney held rights to all of the previous Pixar movies they could make a sequel or do anything they wanted and Pixar had no control. It was basically a bluff. When Disney bought Pixar they scraped the company that was working on the sequels. They did say that there probably would be another sequel but not with the recalled Buzz idea. I think so, I think the plot was that there is a fault in Buzz Lightyears Toy Line and the company has arranged a product recall and they toys go to help him
