Blake & Dylan Tuomy-Wilhoit from the beginning of Season Six, till the end in 1995. Prior to that the Renteria twins ( Daniel Renteria and Kevin Renteria) played the "baby versions" of Nicky and Alex from "Happy Birthday Babies, Part II" to the end of Season 5.
Blake was Nicky.
Dylan was Alex.

Their names are Blake and Dylan Toumy -Wilhoit..I know this because their Mom is a kindergarten teacher at Dixie Canyon Elementary School in Sherman Oaks...she was my Granddaughter's teacher.....the boys are about 14 now....you wouldn't even recognize them....
