No such thing as a "no hassle" club anymore, but in my experience the door staff at Pure, Tabu, and Ivan Kane's Forty Deuce have been the least obnoxious. You'll have lines no matter where you go and will have to pay dearly for the privilege of entering ($20-30 cover charges are typical for men).

Worst hassles I've had recently are at Tao, Rain, Studio 54, and Body English, which are of course the most popular clubs.
