i like tokyopop they have more manga

both, Tokyopop has been around longer in the american market so they have a more established line of english manga that include titles like Battle Royale, Card Captors, Lament of the Lamb and GetBackers. however Shonen Jump has titles like Ruroni Kenshin, Deathnote, Naruto and Black Cat that are strong works too.
you've also forgoten 3 other major players in the field. DelRay has xxxHolic and Tsubasa. Darkhorse has Hellsing, Trigun and Megatokyo(books 1-3). CMX is the relative newcomer to the field has Samurai Champloo and will have Megatokyo starting with book 4.
I own mostly Tokyopop, but your poll forgot about alot of great series

Tokyopop. They have more variety and they have better manga than Shonen jump. I mostly read romance/comedy manga and shonen jump doesn't really have any, but Tokyopop has all the best, Fruits Basket, MArs, Marlmalade Boy...
