I saw a medical Doctor at the emergency room, he said it was typical to have pain after a car wreck.he didnt do any x-rays or anything. Now the chiropractor did some x-rays and found that my one of my hips were higher than the other but he said it was just swelling and that it would go away with-in time, its only getting worse!

Did you say that the guy who hit you owns a business? Hmmmmmmmmm. He was stupid to not have insurance. But if his business is profitable, that's your insurance. You can get a judgment against his business and garner his profits.

That having been said, you should do a couple of things. First, take the guy up on his offer to pay for your expenses. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY UNTIL YOU TALK TO A LAWYER. In the meantime, let him help with your medical expenses.

And then find a lawyer and sue his @ss.

I'm sure this is the exact wrong time to say this, but I'm saying it for everyone else's benefits -- this is a prime example of why you want your insurance affairs in order. Keep your liability limits as high as you can afford. In this case, you should have carried uninsured motorist coverage. UM insurance is outrageously cheap and will usually only cost you on the order of about an extra $100 per year on your insurance, depending on the limits of your coverage. In this case, you would have been insured and not in the mess. As it is, this may take some creative and agressive negotiating to free you of this cr#p.

Get yourself an attorney right now. Go to www.martindale.com for a listing of attorneys in your area. I'm sure you can find one who will take this case on contingency.

Have you been seen by a Medical doctor? That should have been done first, and before a chiropractor. Had xrays?

Many things cause back pain, post MVC. Sprains, torn muscles, ligaments, bulged or herniated discs, etc, pinched nerves, all need to be ruled out. See a Doctor.

Even if you only have liability, check with your insurance agency where it's the other person's fault and see if they can get his insurance to cover the MRI, etc. Good luck to you!!
