At what age can a girl wear high heels?

My little sister who's 13 want to wear high heel but i don't know if it's apropriate or not

I started wearing heels at 14(I'm 16 now),I love them,can't get enough of them.My first pair were 4" tall.Just make sure she can walk in them or I'll make fun of her.....JK
P.S.I strongly disagree with NewYorkCity,makeup is great I started wearing it when I was like 9 or 10,and heels make you look sophisticated,unless the heels are really chunky or hooker heels,a slender heel is better.

i started wearing high heals when i was about 13 and so have a few of my other friends so i would think that it would be apropriate for your little sister to wear them.

I would say it's appropriate depending on the particular shoe. And the look of the shoe. Ya know in a since if it looks like a grown woman older than her age or a 5-6inch heel that she trying to be grown in! Then i would say NO but like a low heeled sandal or boot when it's winter i see nothing wrong with that.

I wouldn't suggest anything until about 16 and then keep it to the 2.5's and under until she's about 18-20...then have fun! Not many young boys like high heels, so all she would attract is the older crews...which is not always a good idea

the most appropriate age to begin wearing heels would be around 15 yrs.

I can tell you now it is NOT APPROPRIATE for any lady under the age of 16, to wear any kind of makeup, high heels, etc...Beside that fact if you can wear then without breaking your neck...Then go for it [smile]

i have a 6 yr old sis who wheres heels lol
let her wear them as long as she looks good and not like a dork .

girls can wear high heels wen ever they want, but it will be really wierd to see a 10 yr old to be wearing those though, I 'lll stick wwith untle i get to high school
