u should add to your question some more, is she 8 months pregnant...? does sh ewant the baby...? what is the situation? that would help the other writers. ok, maybe you should just take her shopping for baby clothes, and help her to get ready for the new bundle of responability. let her now you support her, and that you care above all else. another helpful thing to add would be how the relationship with the father is. Married? going out? broken up? also know that she IS pregnant, she may not mean everything she says, because she will have mood swings, and need someone to listen. be that person!

Try not to take anything she says personal. She needs to vent her frustrations and not hold anything in. If she's verbally attacking you or something then maybe you should stay away or keep your distance a bit but be there when she needs support. She is in as awkward position. It's difficult being pregnant and it's difficult to support one who is. Especially if you don't understand what they're going through.
