Mist them daily with a spray bottle.... pull out dead stalks

If the leaves have brown tips.. salt lock up.. you need to water them until water comes out the bottom of the planter.. should have drainage holes... then move them to a dry tray or dish. Cut off brown tips of leaves.

Watering will depend on how dry the air is.. air conditioned air is really dry. I watered the palms once a week in the air conditioning.

You can check the plant by the weight. The pot and plant will be heavier when it is wet.. much heavier.. DO NOT WATER if wet already!!

They dont like direct sun, they do really well under artificial light.. like in an office. You can put a palm next to a window.. but not in front of it.. and turn the plant when you water.. so a different side faces the light.

got all that? :) good luck

Water it when the top soil is dry and give it at least 3 hours of sunlight a day. If it's an indoor palm tree, then get a grow light.

It depends on what kind they are, but if they're the little living room variety, they like more shade than sun, and no direct sun, you'll burn the leaf tips..... moist but not wet, let dry out between waterings but not too much..... never soggy........Indirect sun is good !
