Do all woman have what they call implantation bleeding?
is it normal if you dont?
does it mean the pregnancy wont continue if you dont have it?

No, most women do not have implantation bleeding. Most positive cases are very minor and most women don't even know it is going on. It takes an ultrasound to diagnose these cases. Many pregnancies survive implantation bleeding, but if the bleed is severe, often you could lose the pregnancy. You do not need to have an implantation bleed to sustain the pregnancy. It is more normal to not have one than it is to have one.

Some woman have bleeding but its recommended not to have pregnancy very soon after that implant because when you are pregnant the doctor wont allow because you are going through surgery but he/she does not want your baby to get hurt

its normal not to have implantation bleeding.. if you are pregnant it will grow and be fine.
