When you call customer service do you prefer to talk to a male or a female?

I prefer talking to females, to the point of even hanging up and calling back til I get a female =) Im curious if people care or if they have a similar type preference.

I rather talk to a male because females call reps tend to be rude sometimes. and on the other hand guys act like they dont know much of nothing so i just rather talk to someone who is pleasant and knowledgeable.

I don't care if I'm talking to a male or a female as long as I'm talking to a real person and not stuck in the land of automated answering systems (especially when they make me press 1 for service in English - that really makes me mad!)

It doesn't matter to me, as long as they are courteous, efficient, and helpful. I have had rude customer service representatives of both genders, so I really don't have a preference.

i prefer a female i guess because i'm female. but if i get a male i just deal with it lol.

I don't care as long as they are FLUENT in English! And they wait long enough for me to type a response instead of hanging up.

Anyone, as long as they are competent, I have spent too much time on the phone with people who haven't a clue what they are doing.

and when asking gender-related questions, please don't only include male and female people.
