I have 600 shares, and if I sell at $20.00, I will have a small profit.

I had CSCO. I got tired of watching it do nothing, so I sold it. There are better opportunities out there. If your stock does not perform to your expectations, dump it and find a better one.

There is a rule that is "supposed" to be good. Sell at 7% profit, sell at 7% loss. But then again, I never do. I would have been better off had I done though.

Yahoo has a message board for CSCO in their financial section. You can probably find some good insight there.

It depends what you bought at. I'm currently bear on the market. With interest rates set to rise again, it might be a good time to sell and take the profit.
