Many do! But there are gazillions of web merchants, so you'll have to narrow it down by informing us what types of products you're shopping for. You could also search on a site like shopping.com, bizrate.com or mysimon.com
For clothing, athletic and casual, EastBay is a good site -- they usually charge shipping but are always offering discounts.
