That might be possible if it wasn't for the fact that many of these organizations are opposed by the USA. Many of these are out to bring the USA to bear for war crimes and crimes against humanity, which is in the interests of everybody.

I'm not sure what your question is here, but if you think that the Red Cross was invented to defend the interests of the West, then I think you're overly paranoid or deluded. The Red Cross advocates Western medicine, this is true, but this can hardly be considered an act of political imperialism. Amnesty International is concerned about human rights everywhere, and is fairly critical of the United States. As for the tactics being civilized, what do you want? Barbarian tactics? Every one of these organizations you mention want to see a better world, one with more justice and freedom for all people. This is bad how?

How can an organization who helps people be considered a weapon?
These people go in and check the conditions of POW camps for the enemies of the West an enforce changes if they're not right. It's hard to defend interests of barbaric killers, I agree. They can only defend their rights as humans and their basic needs, not their philosophies.

I have not heard of the organizations that you mention, except Amnesty International, because that is the only group that was aware of my grand son's misfortune. Which to this day nothing can be done of his case.
