No. Just as in some parts of the U.S., you need to complete an application process in order to legally grow or smoke your own medical marijuana.

no you can't. it is not legal in canada without first applying with Health Canada,and proving that it is for medical purposes only. Also, if you travel, you are still governed by the laws of where yougo. (ie: if you travel to the united states you will still be charged for possesion)

No, Marijuana is only legal in Canada by special permission. Usually only used by those with chronic, pain full degenerative illness. Since it is only a Canadian law this law will not be respected in any other country.

no. you have to have proof of a valid prescription to obtain such resources. and if your American, Canadian laws do not apply to you. The Canadian Police can and will arrest you, and they will contact the USA law enforcement to come and extradite you (transfer you) to a United States detainment center. YOU could face charges in both countries, so watch your self.
