I was extrememly upset while writing the complaint, so yeah I used my share of foul words... I named him by first & last name, which I didnt think nothing of, And I found a newspaper photo of him in which he was "generously donating" money to a local chairty- I thought that would be amusing to add to the complaint.
He has now been threatening to sue over the complaint, but he has been threatening this for many months now. Personally I feel it's just a scare tactic to get me to remove the complaint ~ & it's not working. Instead I simply update the complaint with his latest threats & date of the call, which he calls me about a few days later & threatens with sueing again! Its really getting old... Why cant he just take it like a man or if he's that worried about it then why doesnt he finally attempt to make me a satisfied customer? I have yet to recieve a call from a lawyer, a subpoena, etc about it.
What can I do short of going through the long & costly process of suing HIM?

excuse you aloveis....
I am NOT "acting like a two year old", if you are referring to my postings of his behavior & responces, then let me remind you that my reasoning for this is to continue to show people how he chooses to "handle" the situation, as well as his complete lack of caring about his customer's satisfaction... this is the exact OPPOSITE of what he boasts of in his ad's.

The newspaper can sue you for using their copyrighted image without permission. The individual can sue you for libel and/or slander.

In America, you can sue anyone at any time for any reason. It's just a matter of whether or not your case is valid.

I think you are both in the wrong here and neither of you want to admit it. You are like a couple of two year olds.
But since you gave out his first and last name as well as a picture on line with out his permission you can get in trouble because he could say that, it is a danger to him and his family because if some wacko agreed with you they could easily find out where he lives and go do him in.

as long as your complaints arent unfounded and your pictures we're public domain, such as a newspaper (great idea) theres not much that he can do as long as you're not making stuff up
