I don't know, but I like how you put 'EASIEST' in all caps, but not 'legal.'

The absolute easiest way must be to just inherit a fortune... all you have to do is stay alive long enough to become an heir.

If your family isn't wealthy, however, here are some other options:
1. Lottery - playing $1 and getting millions back doesn't sound too hard... but I'm not sure the odds are really in your favor

2. Gambling - Roulette and Craps probably have the best odds of any casino games, but again... you win some, you lose some.

3. Savings Account - if you pick a high-yielding savings or money market account, or even a CD (certificate of deposit) all you have to do is wait it out.

4. Invest Wisely - purchasing stock for the long haul on a dollar cost average method is probably the easiest way to invest. It'll take a while for you to become a millionaire, but the odds are in your favor.

5. Real Estate - If you can afford to buy property, this may be the fastest way to legally becoming a millionaire. Just as with all the other suggestions, you'll have to pay taxes, but with real estate, you may be in a position to buy property, sell and buy more, or simply hold on to it and rent it out.

Other, non financial methods include:
1. Get a high paying job
2. Invent the next greatest thing
3. Win at a game show

Inheritance...I'd say, marry a millionaire but marriage is quite difficult, you have to compromise, etc.

Also, I'm not sure about the easiest but real estate's where it's at. Buy "fixer upers," fix 'em, then sell 'em for a higher amount than what you orgininally bought 'em for.

This does require quite a bit of start up money.

Actually, most millionaires inherit their money. Other than that, the remaining millionaires (most of them) make it through real estate. So get a real estate license and start collecting those commissions!

If you have money to start with, i.e are born with rich parents, it is a lot easier to make more money.I try the stock market to get the ball rolling. Just remember, buy low, sell high!
