Death by fish hook is, by far, the worse death.
Attend: if you're unlucky as hell, a panda attack/evisceration/death would take hours, at the most.
But a fish hook... well, first you have the incident, which would be both painful and embarrassing. Second, you have the extraction attempt, which will most likely leave you disfigured. Third, infection sets in. Nothing worse than sepsis. Fourth, the possibility that the extraction attempt left pieces of the hook either in your mouth or fell into your stomach, causing further mayhem. Sixth, possible bacteria and viral infection from whatever was on the hook before you.
Lastly, after the infection has worn down your immune system, you've lost all your friends and family due to your horrible fish hook incident and your bowels succumb to the parasites you acquired from the last fish the hook was used on, you die. Alone, penniless (because who would want to hire 'fish hook boy'?), in pain and miserable.
Give me panda death any day.

I would say the fish hook. The panda could probably kill you in a few minutes and might have knocked you out before finishing you. The fish hook would have to be dragged through you for many feet of flesh before you bled out, or a cut that got infected and got gangrenous, that could take weeks. Counterpoint: if the fish hook dragged you under water and you drowned, well I've heard that drowning is a good way to go. But that wouldn't really be the fish hook killing you. Final answer:Fish Hook.

Oh, death by fish hook with a panda as bait like Mr. Missinglincoln described is pretty bad, but worse, worse! is death by panda as a fish hook with a fish hook as bait. You want, you want the fish hook, but the panda is waiting for you. It eats your heart, red, red, and the blood makes a weird drawing on the white and black fur of the panda. What is the drawing?

Death by Panda - i can kinda guess what that might involve, death by fish hook i really cant imagine, so i'd have to say fish hook is worse, cause its my fear of the unknown! Plus pandas are cool as **** anyway!

This is a thinker, Pandas seem slow and it depends on how big the fish hook is...
True Story: when i was little like 7 or 8 i got a fish hook caught on the side of my face right in front of my ear..... it ripped a piece of skin off....man that was one bad day at the beach

I think the actual death itself by fishhook would be a worse experience by far.Unless the Panda was sadistic and spent days killing You. But knowing that the end result of death by Panda is not only the end of Your life ,but that within hours You will be digested and wind up a terd on the ground just sucks.

Fish Hook. Have you ever gotten caught on one? OUCH! Pandas eat bamboo and plans cannot feel pain so I'm going with the Fishhook.

Death by itself is worse. But if I had to pick one it would be the fish hook. At least if you die because a panada its cute and if there was a picture you would look cute. I feel a fish hook would be gross and gorry!

By the fish hook, because not only did they trick me, once they catch me I would be gutted, skinned and quite possibly filleted.
However I would get my revenge. Even if they added the right seasonings, I would melt in their mouth, and give them the worse case of runs in their whole entire life!!!!
