They won't win it because Deco already had a yellow and he got the red for delaying game and your not allowed to do that...if Deco had no yellows and the ref just whipped out the red for delaying then Portugal would have a case...but Fifa won't give it to em.

I'm getting so sick of sore losers....Deco was just trying to give the ball and he was pissed of because the Dutch were being unfair. Now, don't get me wrong, Portugal did so,e bad things too, but I am SO SICK OF THIS ****! The Ref sucked and both teams were being childish.
Now, my answer is that appeal should be won.

in my opinion, i dont imagine the FA have were given the .......ks to over turn it, because look at what Manu have finished over the perfect 4 months, they have were given the FA to over turn Rooneys ban, for sure this become England yet nevertheless a guy U participant, they have managed to get Liverpools perfect participant banned and now guy city will free a good, good participant , so that you tell me that Fergie does no longer have the FA in his pocket, only look on the set up. Gill on the FA committee and the guy U board, an same baord that banned Swarez, the third individual on that Board gave Fergies son his first pastime in football amanagement, come on !!!!!, favor i say extra, once city are finished they are going to bypass on to the Yids of Tottenham, you watch, then Chelsea, besides the very undeniable actuality that he has already tried. What i will say, is that the FA receives got here upon out, because what they dont understand is that golf equipment are builing case adverse to them Month through month and at the same time as it comes out, and it is going to there'll be some purple faces. Watch this area

They will have to show that the referee violated the Laws of the Game to win the appeal. They cannot just say that the referee made the wrong call. They must prove that he did something that was completely against the Laws of the Game.

Well, first of all, Deco's second yellow card should have come minutes before the one he ended up getting came. Second of all, don't be a baby - don't fight unsportsmanlike behaviour with some more stupid unsportsmanlike behaviour. They shouldn't win the appeal.

Doubt it. I think FIFA has given their referees directives, which the referees are following - perhaps a little too closely to the letter. No, FIFA won't contradict their referees decisions as it would be like FIFA questioning FIFA's rules. Sorry Deco, but you're out. Shame really.

Portugal is very lucky for having such a flex ref., they did a very unfair game in overall. The first ten minutes I was cheering for them, but after what they showed what they are made off, it was bad to the point of me feeling really sorry that Neds lost. Such unsportsmanship of a cup!

A red card is a red card whether you appeal or not. Should they win if will bring unnecessary problems

I hope not, I thought he deserved his 2nd yellow card. But assuming he didn't, should FIFA be expected to overturn every bad call there has been in the world cup? There have been so many this time...
