Golden Corral is a non alcohol place to eat and only get pop and tea or water to drink, plus you can eat all you like.

I don't think there is such a list... I don't know what your objective is, but if you don't want to patronize restaturants that serve alcohol, wouldn't it just be easier to call wherever it is you'd like to go and find out? Unless you eat out 5-7 days a week, doing so shouldn't be too much of a hassle. As an aside, I think the vast marjority of restaurants do serve alchohol, save for fast food chains, kiddie restaurants (Chuck E Cheese), and places that serve "down home" meals like Bob Evans and Old Country Buffet.

I beg to differ about the kiddie restaurants. You can't even get away from alcohol there. Chuckie Cheese serves beer and wine. Think about how hard it would be to get through without it. Most parents would never go there if they did not.
