I believe extraterrestials exist in the universe, but not on earth. We are too far from them and they are too far from us. Nothing can go faster than the speed of light. This being said, they would have to travel a minimum of 15,000 years to get here provided they have the ability to travel the highest possible speed. But at that speed any tiny piece of space dust would vaporize their ship if they were to hit it. I think it's truly impossible.

The universe is too large for there not to be some kind of life out there and its more than likely there is some which is intelligent. However, intelligence in this respect is a relative term. Intelligent compared to what? If there are advanced civilizations in the universe, we might seem to them like a bug appears to us - not all that bright. On the other hand, they might have intelligence but not be as far advanced as we are.
Let's assume that there is intelligent life in the universe and its far more advanced than we are, why would they want to come here? How about this hypothesis? We are their children. In the Bible it says something to the effect that God said, "let us make man in OUR image." Well now, doesn't that sound a bit like genetic engineering? If we are their children, they might just be dropping by to keep an eye on us to insure we don't blow ourselves up.
You have to feel relatively certain that if there are advanced civilizations in the universe, they have conquered the problems of space travel since they've been around a lot longer than we have. And the US government knows this - if you've never heard of Roswell, check out the information and I don't mean the government snow job about weather balloons.
Is ET, Spock and company out there? Who knows what they might look like?
Only the uninformed and the government say there are no such things as EBEs (extraterrestrial biological entities). Do they look like us? Who knows?

Yea, but if those aliens are smart enought to know we exist and travel at the speed of light im sure there smart enough to know about different ways to travel like bending space and time or using a wormhole which are possible we just dont have the technology yet read popular science they had an arcticle about make the distance shorter to the destination but not exceeding the speed of light which could make a 15k year journey a 15year journey but yea not to mention that if they were to simply look through a telescope thats somehow strong enough to see our surface then they would be looking at earth 15k years ago cause it would take 15k years for the light of our planet to reach them
