There's nothing offensive about simply asking your friend if she is or feels like she might be a lesbian. If she is, then she may very well be trying to figure out the best way to tell you anyway, or feel scared of your reaction etc. If she's not, then at least she will know you're not afraid to comunicate with her honestly.

I think she is becoming sexually curious with "taboo" things. It might not be that she is gay she might just be having thoughts about what is might be like to do something other than straight sex. Start by asking her what is it about gay men that she is interested in seeing in the porn. If you show that you do not judge her she might come out and tell you what she is really feeling.
