Without seeing your skin under the mag light and doing an analysis, it is hard.
But from what you are saying, I would HIGHLY suggest Dermalogica's Active Moist for your skin.
Your first line of defense is your cleanser then your moisturizer.
For your makeup, MINERAL makeup is the ONLY way to go.
Jane Iredale has a fantastic line.
Find a good, reputable salon that carries these products.
You will spend more from the start, but the end results will be well worth the money. Do not waste your money on OTC products.
Let me know how you make out.
**FYI---Bare Minerals does NOT prevent acne. Acne comes from within. Mineral makeup is an anti-inflammatory and will soothe and calm the skin, but there is no basis/fact that minerals will prevent acne.

Why not try a tinted moisturizer? It will solve both of your problems at the same time. It will moisturize your skin and even out the skin tone and color without adding a lot of weight or coverage. It's all you need for the day time, and most contain sunscreen, which is super for protecting your skin from aging. An oil free one will be the lightest weight, but I've tried most of these, and they all feel great on my super oily skin. Try these brands:
Stila Sheer Color (available at Bloomie's and Sephora)
Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer comes in two formulations - oil free and reguler (available at sephora.com and Neiman's)
Benefit You Rebel (available at Foley's, Macy's and Sephora)
Dior Bronze Tinted Moisturizer (available at select department stores and Sephora)
Hard Candy Hint Tint (available at Sephora, Ulta, and beautysak.com - they send free samples!)
Clinique Moisture Sheer Tint (available at sephora.com, Sephora, and most department stores)

check out my personal website www.marykay.com/cvogt and look at our time wise moisturizers and foundations. its all very light weight and doesn't feel like you're even wearing makeup. i hate the cake on feeling and mary kay feels like i don't have anything on. if you make an order over $40 on my website you get a free gift. i suggest getting the time wise set, this would include your cleanser, moisturizer, day/night solution, and a foundation of your choice.

For lotion olay face lotion with sun block....it works wonders....and for foundation definitely use a powder. The liquid is SOOOOOOOOO bad for your skin and for the powder i'd use bare minerals foundation--it prevents acne and is soooooooo good for your skin!!
