Darkness Falls, it's about the tooth fairy. Only this tooth fairy comes back to kill you if you awaken while she is taking your tooth. But if you stay in the light then she cannot get you. Sounds cheesy but was actually very scary.

28 Days Later about people who become infected with a rage virus and become zombie-like. And Ghost Ship about a group of ship salvagers who go to a ghost ship with a man named Jack who discovered it. It isn't really scary, but that's what makes it good, though I don't think I ever want to go on a cruise ship...
