Try Sudco or Carb parts Warehouse, they both sell carb parts for motorcycles and atvs and have much lower prices than any Honda dealer. They both have websites, just go to the parts diagram for the carb you have and everything is listed in detail.
Both of these vendors have very knowledgable staff if you have any questions.

The link below has a kit for that car (the 250 is the same so it says) - the pic of the kit shows a new needle -- but before I paid that kind of money for it I would check with the local parts suppliers.

Look on summit racings website if not then check out jeggs. I would buy a new performance carb rather than rebuilding

honda might still make it go to the local honda shop and see i had a 87 lt80 everythignwas in stock for it

You can try any automotive parts store and buy a rebuild kit for your model of carburetor.
