Bill Gates and W. Buffet want to save everyones life in Africa, and other poor countires. After these people get well, are they supposed to grow avocados in the infertile lands of Africa?

No.I think it's funny how other people try to save the lives of others, when they can't even save their own. Life isn't garanteed/ Death is.

You don't even have to leave this country to find this problem. We spend billions of dollars trying to make everyone live forever. At a certain point, we must accept that everyone dies.
